Materials supplied by Fairway Developments will be covered by manufacturers' warranties.

Boilers
Our work on installing boilers carries a 12 month guarantee against faulty workmanship.
Manufactures warranty for the boilers ranges from 1-5 years depending on the make of the boiler.

Non-guaranteed
Some work/repairs that has been carried out may not be able to be guaranteed, and will be marked on your invoice in the non-guaranteed box.
